AspirePro Direct is an authorized reseller of Vectric Aspire software licenses. We provide:

3. License Grant

When you purchase an Aspire 12 license from us, you receive:

  • A genuine, perpetual license for Vectric Aspire 12 software
  • The right to install and use the software on one computer
  • Full commercial use rights to create and sell projects
  • Lifetime software updates for Aspire 12

The license is subject to Vectric's End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the software.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, transfer, or resell your license key to others
  • Use the license on multiple computers simultaneously
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the software for illegal purposes
  • Distribute or publicly share bonus training materials

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency (USD, GBP, CAD, or BRL) based on your location. Prices include:

  • The Aspire 12 software license
  • All listed bonus materials
  • Email delivery and setup support

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All sales are in the currency displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

Your license key and download instructions will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 1-2 hours. In rare cases during high volume, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the email.

7. Refund Policy

No Warranty: The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we sell genuine licenses, Vectric Ltd. is responsible for the software's functionality and performance.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your computer meets Vectric's minimum system requirements for Aspire 12.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Purchase licenses with fraudulent payment methods
  • Attempt to resell or transfer licenses
  • Use the website to distribute malware or engage in illegal activities
  • Impersonate AspirePro Direct or Vectric Ltd.
  • Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise our systems
